Doc Watson's Smokehouse
We are a BBQ smokehouse in Illinois that offers Central Texas-style BBQ. Our meat is fresh and cooked to perfection over indirect heat for anywhere from 4 to 16 hours. We use 100% cherry wood in the smoker and season our meat with a dry rub you won’t forget about. Pair your platter or sandwich with any fresh side of your choice.
